Returning goods
• According to Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchased item and return it within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase.
• If you want to return the purchased goods, you must inform about the decision to withdraw from the concluded contract by e-mail: shop@it-s.lv. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within seven days after submitting the refusal. The consumer bears the cost of sending the goods to the store.
• During the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the product. SIA IT S reserves the right to refuse the buyer to exercise the right of refusal or to withhold a compensation fee if the product is used or damaged, if it is not in the original packaging, or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
• If the purchased product has defects, the buyer must immediately notify SIA IT S by tel. +371 29903933 or e-mail: shop@it-s.lv, otherwise it will not be possible to return the product.
• By continuing to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it corresponds to the desired product, and the product will no longer be accepted for return. The product is not returned if it is damaged due to improper use.
• The money paid for the product will be returned to your bank account within 30 days after receiving the consumer’s written refusal. The seller has the right not to refund the amount of money paid for the product to the buyer until the buyer has returned it to the store or submitted documents confirming the shipment of the product.
• If the product is rejected, the money for the delivery will not be refunded.
Warranty
The products offered in our e-store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If the product has a problem during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You must return it to us or contact the manufacturer’s authorized service to evaluate the defect. Shipping costs are not paid.
