Internal non-stick coating
Made using 4-layer Pfluon non-stick coating, the surface of this cookware range provides excellent release, superior durability and easy cleanup. We do not do things by half here at Resto and so we did not want to create a collection that might last you a year or two before starting to degrade. This collection by contrast is built to last and its very nature helps do that. Its surface will mean less food sticking to it, meaning less time for you spent at this sink scrubbing away and scratching and marking the surface as you do so.

External heat-resistant coating
There is nothing that looks worse than pans that look as if they have been pulled out of some kind of bonfire after you have used them. Burn marks on pots and pans are unsightly and end up lower the whole tone of the cooking experience and ultimately then the results. That is why with this Capella range we have made sure that the pans are layered with an external heat-resistant coating which protects the surface from burning and so prevents the creation of those kinds of marks and burns which will lead to an inferior cooking experience.

Glass lid
Every aspect of this Capella range has been carefully considered. That is why you will find things like a glass lid with a wood-like lid knob and a silicone rim featuring a special steam outlet that does not scratch or abrade the non-stick surface of the cookware. The shock-absorbing silicone rim prevents the glass lid from shattering upon impact which can happen as a result of accidental but common and expected drops and falls. All these things not only help aid the cooking experience itself but they all mean that you will be able to enjoy your cookware long into the future.

Ergonomic soft-touch handles
So many manufacturers of cookware these days seem to leave out even the most basic requirements of good cooking instruments.
